Delivery Policy

Your orders are important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as promptly as possible.

Gloster delivers Australia wide and internationally. We package your product with the greatest care possible and send it out using Australia Post.

Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery within Australia can normally be expected within 7 business days and overseas deliveries take approximately 7-14 business days.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped out and the tracking number of the parcel.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
